This policy explains how Osmosys Technologies (“Osmosys”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information through osmosystech.com (the “Website”).

Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, business email address, telephone number (optional), area of interest, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we record the pages viewed, the referring website, approximate location (country and city), and device and browser type. We do not use cookies for this purpose, and we do not store IP addresses.
Organisation information. Where a visit originates from an organisation’s network, we may record the name of that organisation.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, to manage business relationships, to understand interest in our products and services, and to maintain and improve the Website. We do not sell personal information.
3. Confidentiality of technical information
Technical and commercial information submitted to us, including water chemistry, flow rates, and process data, is treated as confidential and is shared only with personnel who need it to assess the inquiry. Detailed technical exchanges are conducted under a non-disclosure agreement.
4. Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, email delivery, and IP-based organisation lookup. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. IP addresses are transmitted to our lookup provider at the time of a visit and are not retained by us.
5. Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except to our service providers, where required by law, or where necessary for a specific project with your agreement.
6. Retention
Inquiry information is retained for the duration of the related business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. Website analytics are retained only for as long as they are needed to understand use of the Website.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to its processing.
