Privacy policy

Only what you type into the form on this site. The inquiry form collects your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, the subject you select, and your message.

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party tracking scripts, and does not build a profile of your visit.

To answer you. A submission is delivered by email to the engineering team and is read by a person. We use the address you give us to reply, and to follow up on that conversation.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except where a specific project makes that necessary and you have agreed to it.

Stream composition, flow rates and process targets are commercially sensitive. Anything you send through the form is treated as confidential and is circulated only within the engineering team assessing it.

Where a project moves past an initial assessment, we will put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place before any detailed technical exchange.

Inquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship they relate to is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Form submissions are delivered by an email service provider acting on our instructions. Website hosting and the delivery of these pages involve standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, held by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you are, you may have further rights under local data protection law, including under the General Data Protection Regulation.
