Osmosys was founded in 2020 to move the concentrated end of the water cycle off thermal equipment and onto membranes. The team had already taken that process to commercial scale once.

Membranes carry every duty they can; thermal handles what remains. The stages are designed against each other, and the process is proven on the customer’s own water before the commercial design is fixed.

Evaluate the duty

The first decision is whether membrane concentration fits the chemistry and the project economics at all.

  • Review flow, full chemistry, variability, temperature, and current treatment route
  • Define the water, waste, compliance, or recovery objective
  • Compare the likely membrane-led train with the incumbent disposal or thermal route

Prove it on the water

High-salinity streams cannot be specified from TDS alone. Bench and pilot work establish the real operating window.

Design the complete train

Osmosys supplies the process design that connects pretreatment, membrane stages, energy recovery, controls, and downstream treatment.

  • P&IDs, control philosophy, materials, and utility requirements
  • Performance basis and integration package for the EPC or owner

Supply and integrate

The scope can cover the proprietary membrane stages or the complete packaged treatment system.

Commission and operate

A design only matters if the plant holds its targets as the feed and operating conditions move.
